History in the Public Sphere (HIPS) is a dual-degree programme jointly run by Tokyo University of Foreign Studies (TUFS) and Central European University (CEU).
Centred on the themes of history and memory, the programme brings together students from diverse backgrounds who study through academic mobility between Japan and Europe, aiming to earn two master’s degrees.
